Nigerian Tomato Stew Ingredients
For the Tomato Stew base:
- 3kg (6.6 lbs) tomatoes
- 400g tomato paste
- 5 sweet peppers / tatashe
- Habanero Peppers (to taste)
- Sunflower oil
- 3 onions
- 1 thumbsize fresh ginger
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp nutmeg
For protein, you need:
- 1.5kg (3 lbs ) turkey wings
- Marinade:
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp white pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- 2 big seasoning cubes
