This white fish soup is perfect for kids and those on a low carb diet.
Ingredients
- 200g (7 oz) soft white fish (I use Whiting Fish aka Panga in Spanish)
- A small piece of carrot
- A small piece of onion
- Small quantity of cabbage
- A few curry leaves (alternative Parsley)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Note: The carrot is merely to add colour so you can skip it and add habanero peppers (atarodo, atarugu or ose oyibo).
