White Fish Soup

This white fish soup is perfect for kids and those on a low carb diet.


  • 200g (7 oz) soft white fish (I use Whiting Fish aka Panga in Spanish)
  • A small piece of carrot
  • A small piece of onion
  • Small quantity of cabbage
  • A few curry leaves (alternative Parsley)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Note: The carrot is merely to add colour so you can skip it and add habanero peppers (atarodo, atarugu or ose oyibo).
