Barbecue Chicken Wings Ingredients
These Barbecue Chicken Wings are made with wingettes and drumettes making them the perfect finger foods.
I normally use store-bought barbecue seasoning to prepare this in no time. I listed all the dry ingredients from the pack so that you cam make your own perfect barbecue seasoning. I’m afraid I do not know the exact quantities because these brands never disclose their trade secrets.
Please note that these are all dry ingredients (except the chicken wings of course).
- Chicken wings (wingettes and drumettes)
- Onion powder
- Paprika powder
- Ginger powder
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Pasley
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Sugar
- Corn flour
- Tomato powder
- Smoke flavour
- Caramelized sugar

- When you’ve got a good mix, cover and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
